Everything Clickni Can Do

Recording

  1. Tap once, speak — your words become a written entry instantly.
  2. Every entry is timestamped automatically, to the exact minute.
  3. Add more to an existing entry later — new voice notes are appended, not overwritten.
  4. Edit any entry's text directly, at any time.
  5. Correct the date or time of any entry by hand — useful when GPS or the phone's clock gets it wrong.
  6. Entries dated in the future are marked with a 🔔 icon, so planned events stand out from the past.
  7. Delete a single entry, or select and delete several at once.

Finding Things Again

  1. Search your whole diary by voice — say a word, see every matching entry.
  2. Choose how far back to search: 3 days, a week, a month, or your entire history.
  3. Trim the visible list to a specific date with one tap.

Scanning & Photos

  1. Photograph a barcode or QR code — Clickni reads it automatically.
  2. Photograph printed text — a license plate, a medicine box, a document — and pick out exactly what you need.
  3. When several things are recognized at once, choose any combination with checkboxes.
  4. The photo you scanned is saved with the entry automatically, so you can always look back at the original.
  5. Recognized codes are marked right in your diary — 🔗 for a barcode or QR link, 🏷️ for a custom code, 🧾 for a receipt code — so you always know what kind of information it is.
  6. Double-tap or long-press an entry with a recognized link to open it in your browser, or search for it if it isn't a direct link.
  7. Attach a photo to any entry directly, from the camera or your gallery.
  8. View attached photos full-screen, with pinch-to-zoom and pan.

Built for Real Life

  1. Recognizes barcodes and text from receipts, medicine boxes, license plates, meters, documents, and more.
  2. A special marker format lets advanced users tag their own custom codes for later lookup.
  3. Ready for a future system where a single printed code on a receipt links directly to its full itemized contents.

Multiple Ways to View Your Diary

  1. Switch between a compact text diary, large photos, or a photo grid (2 or 4 per row).
  2. Adjust text size, date size, and how tightly entries are packed on screen.
  3. Choose your preferred date format, including day-month-year styles.

Language

  1. Full interface in 9 languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Polish, and Portuguese.
  2. Voice recognition follows the same language as the interface.
  3. The language picker shows which languages already work offline on your phone (green) and which need an internet connection (gray), where your Android version supports it.

Sharing & Backup

  1. Share any single entry — with its photo, if it has one — to any messaging app.
  2. Export your whole diary as a plain CSV spreadsheet, or as a full archive including all your photos.
  3. Import a CSV or a full archive back in — Clickni recognizes which one it is automatically, and reattaches photos to the right entries.

Privacy

  1. Clickni is local-first: your diary lives on your device, not on our servers.
  2. Nothing is collected, analyzed, or shared for advertising.

Licensing & Support
